PROJECT 3

• To introduce and describe design elements as basic fundamental visual language

• To apply basic design visual language into the process of realization of 3D form and structure 

• To demonstrate an understanding of 3D form via Head Garment design and concepts through creative experimentation with observed and re-interpreted mechanism from natural and manmade designs.

 

TASK: 

1. Minimum 2 A3 ideation research sketches examining thoroughly  the mechanism of opening and closing; also the idea of folding reinterpreted from the observation of the Natural and Man-made world

2. Generating sketch models experimenting with the look of design structure and form. These sketch models clearly demonstrate your experimentations (try-outs) of overlapping, staining the paper with ink; how one form link to another form; paper perforating (punching holes), pleading and etc.
